No small print games. Here is exactly how the Pass works.
What rolls over
Unused credit carries into next month, up to your tier's cap. It only expires if you cancel, and even then you keep 30 days to use it.
How cancellation works
Cancel in two taps from your account. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
Where credits work
Credit is spent at any field showing the Rompo Pass badge, which is the large majority. A few owner-managed fields are pay-direct and clearly marked.
Pass questions
Can I share my Pass with family?
Yes. Everyone in your household can book on your account and spend the same pool of credit. One membership covers the whole home.
What happens if I don't use my credit?
It rolls over to the next month, up to your tier's cap. You are never charged for credit you did not use beyond your normal monthly fee.
Is there a joining fee or minimum term?
No joining fee and no minimum term. You pay month to month and can pause or cancel whenever you like.
Can I switch tiers later?
Any time. Upgrades apply straight away, downgrades apply from your next billing date, and your rolled-over credit comes with you.
